There are several advantages to having corporate headshot at your office rather than at my studio. Time and Money are the two biggest ones.
No one likes having their photo taken. To encourage people to travel to a studio away from work might just be enough to limit the number of people who show up. One of the best solutions that saves time and money is if I bring my studio to you.
That twenty minute shoot can quickly turn into a three hour excursion if someone has to travel. As well being around others who are having their headshot taken at the same time can be a fun experience.
When I set up at your office all I really need is a long boardroom (at least ten feet long) with normal lighting that won’t affect the image. A very bright boardroom can affect the quality of the image. Regular lighting works great with my lighting set up.
Typically I’ll help you to organize people into ten to 20 minute blocks in the boardroom. Each person will have their own time in private with me to have their headshot taken. I promise that the least enthusiastic person will walk away saying ‘that was easy’.
You save money with people not having to leave the office and we all save time. It is usually a pretty positive experience.
