On-site corporate headshots save time and minimize disruption

Don’t juggle individual appointments to come to my studio. I’ll bring my studio to you. We’ll use a conference room or multi-use space near you. My full lighting studio requires a small footprint. The results are exactly the same as if you came to me.  It makes scheduling easier.  Plus your people are often more comfortable in their own environment.  

Your corporate headshot session includes:

  • Professional approach to working with your staff and management.
  • Complete lighting and studio setup at your office exactly the same as when shot in my studio.
  • Coaching by me to ensure you don’t hate having your picture taken.
  • Tethered to a computer shooting. Tethered shooting helps us choose the right photo at the end of our shoot. There is no back and forth emailing trying to choose the right image.
  • Proofs delivered via an online gallery.
  • A promised and agreed upon delivery date for your finished images.
  • Payment by VISA / MasterCard or company invoice.

I am not the only headshot photographer in Ottawa!

How do you decide which headshot photographer to choose?  Hiring a headshot photographer is not something you do every day.

In your search I recommend talking to a few photographers to get a feeling:

  • Remember ‘price’ is the metric we use when we can’t see any real difference between choices.
  • Choose a photographer who you believe you can work with. That’s way more important than you think it is. It would be FIRST on my personal list.
  • Choose a photographer who understands your time requirements.  That includes that it sometimes takes a while to make decisions.
  • Choose a photographer who understands that some people need ‘special handling’. That can be specific employees or bosses!
  • Look for someone who specializes in this kind of photography. A baby photographer is not trained in working with Headshot clients. Vice Versa!
  • Look for someone who demonstrates that they will do what they say they will do.
