How Do I Pay for My Headshot Session?
If you’d like to book a session, one of the most common questions I get is: how do I pay? I like to keep the process straightforward and stress-free, just like the photo session itself.
Payment Methods
I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), email transfer (e-transfer), and cash. If you’re booking on behalf of a company, and require an invoice for accounting purposes, no problem.
No Deposit Required
I am an independent studio and handle everything personally. That means I could actually forget to send someone a bill. I am not an accountant. No deposit is required to book your session. However,
the full balance is due, once the photo session is complete. That way I won’t forget.
I believe this is the fairest and simplest approach for everyone. It’ll keep things organized and avoid unnecessary follow-ups.
After your session, your final headshot images will be delivered within a clearly agreed-upon timeframe. I value professionalism and communication, so you’ll always know what to expect and when to expect it.
My goal as an Ottawa Headshot Photographer is to make every part of the experience easy—from booking, to payment, to receiving images you’re confident using on LinkedIn, company websites, and marketing materials.
