A while back I had a staff of twenty six people working in my business. There were times when we’d have to arrange to have our staff together at conferences, meetings and training seminars for the whole day.
As a business owner I really didn’t like those days especially during busy times.
Tell me if this is familiar to you as a business owner.
One time we needed headshots of our sales staff for our website. The photographer was in a trendy area of town so each of the ten representatives arranged a separate time to have their photo taken at their studio. Although it’s only thirty minutes per person for a photo shoot the day turned into several of the staff enjoying the restaurants in that trendy area and going together to save on parking. I am pretty sure it was a wasted day productivity wise for my entire company. Back then I wasn’t thinking of the ‘team building’ part of this day.
Those $100 per person headshots turned into a lost day of staff wages plus the cost of the photography which was in the thousands when you added it up.
Some would call me a fun-buster but from my point of view if we were going to have a ‘fun’ day we would have been doing something way more fun than having our pictures taken.
When I set up my headshot business my plan was always to help you be more effecient taking headshots by coming to you.
Now I will arrange to set up my mini studio in your office boardroom or another open area. We need an area of about twenty by 12 feet. From there we will arrange a schedule that will involve approximately five or six minutes per employee. With this plan we are done in a morning. Everyone is back to work in a flash. We pick the best images right on the spot and YOU – save thousands.
To me – the photographer coming to you has a huge convenience factor AND people are more comfortable in their own surroundings. (That’s another story soon)
I will supply you with finished images ready to go within a couple of days. Efficient and effective headshot photos for your sales team or office staff. If you’d like more information or would like to discuss your team photo requirements reach out to here. I’m happy to help.

All great points. When you look at all the ‘lost time’ trying to line up staff headshots at an offsite studio location, your mobile approach – bringing your mini studio to the office – makes good sense. Get the entire staff done in half a day – what a great time saver!
